Are you a recent graduate with strong analytical skills and an interest in international markets, sales and commercial strategy? Our client is looking for an International Sales and Market Analyst to join their growing commercial team, supporting international sales activity through market research, data analysis and commercial insight.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Analysing sales performance
  • Researching international markets
  • Monitoring competitor and industry activity
  • Identifying opportunities and risks across a range of global territories

The Role

  • Producing weekly and monthly sales performance reports
  • Analysing sales trends across products, territories, customers and distribution channels
  • Supporting sales forecasting and pipeline analysis
  • Monitoring commercial KPIs and producing management reports
  • Creating dashboards and analysing data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Researching international markets and developing country profiles
  • Monitoring competitor activity, market trends and new developments
  • Researching economic, investment, education and purchasing trends across target markets
  • Monitoring relevant government policies, funding changes and regulatory developments
  • Supporting market-entry assessments and international expansion projects
  • Contributing to territory planning and longer-term commercial planning
  • Supporting distributor evaluations and market reviews
  • Assisting with business cases for new products and market opportunities
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to the wider commercial team

The Candidate

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Data Analytics, Politics or a related discipline
  • Able to interpret complex information and communicate findings clearly
  • Commercially curious with an interest in international markets
  • Interest in developing a career within sales or a commercial environment
  • Confident working with data and presenting information

Desirable:

  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Foreign language skills
  • Research, analytical or commercial internship experience
  • An interest or background in a technical, healthcare, education or scientific environment
