Are you a Production Manager or similar from a Food / Pharmaceutical background looking to work for a growing manufacturing business, taking lead for production on site and helping to implement new CI projects? On offer is the opportunity to work for an established supplement manufacturer who are expanding due to continued success and looking to bring in a new Production Manager to look after their growing team and lead CI on site.
The role will revolve around managing a production team of around 40 members of staff, overseeing production, monitoring KPIs and ensuring health and safety compliance. The company want to put a focus on continuous improvement, so you will be leading the implementation throughout the factory.
