Do you have an understanding of fastener designs, fastener tolerances and standards? Do you want to join an industry leading manufacturing business who have a global presence within their industry and are known for their first class training & development and excellent retention rates?
Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a senior product design engineer to join the team at their state of the art facility near Bradford. The successful applicant will be working closely with in house design, production and sales teams to alter & improve existing products. You will play a vital role in new product designs, development and introduction as the team look to branch out and target new markets such as Nuclear, Rail & Aerospace.
As a senior figure within the team you will manage and create technical documentation, marketing material and training manuals, you will also attend expos and events on behalf of the business with the sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity within a multisite, successful manufacturer who are at the forefront of their sector that are continuing to expand in every department. You will be joining a growing, loyal and experienced engineering & production team within a company who pride themselves on staff retention and development.
The Role:
- Providing Support and solutions to the engineering and manufacturing team
- Liaising with multiple teams to improve product testing and designs
- Creating designs and specifications to enable the team to manufacture required equipment, meeting industry and company standards.
