Workshop Supervisor – Birmingham
£40,000 - £50,000 + Overtime + Progression + Benefits Package
Are you an experienced engineer with strong knowledge of pumps who wants a Supervisory position for a growing market leader? The company are an established engineering company involved with various industrial engineering repairs and refurbishment projects. This department are involved specifically with industrial pumps.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager with planning workload, assigning jobs and tasks to workshop engineers, training and supporting the team, and deputising for the manager in their absence.
- Remain involved on the shop floor with a busy team.
