Do you have experience developing new products from initial concept through to production and commercialisation? Have you worked with a variety of materials and products within a manufacturing environment? Do you want an exciting new role within a global organisation known for their first-class training, development and staff retention?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an R&D Project Engineer to join the team at their state-of-the-art facility in Bingley. This is a key role within the facility and the wider group, collaborating with multiple internal teams such as sales, design, production and other sites. The successful applicant will gather market research, analyse costs, potential risks and strategies for bringing new products to market. You will have the backing of senior management across the site and other facilities in the group to bring plans, projects and products to life.

The long-term plan for this candidate is to move into a senior position on a group-wide basis where you will have enhanced responsibilities, packages and team headcount. This is an excellent opportunity within a multisite, successful manufacturer who are at the forefront of their sector that are continuing to expand in every department. You will be joining a growing, loyal and experienced CNC & production team within a company who pride themselves on staff retention and development.
