Are you a multiskilled maintenance engineer with experience within a manufacturing environment looking to progress into management? Do you want a days based role within a leading group that are known for their retention, first class training and development?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a maintenance engineer to join and manage the team, working out of their state of the art facility near Biggleswade. The successful applicant will be responsible for working within the plant on a range of commercial and plant machinery providing planned, reactive and preventive maintenance.

On offer will be an excellent training programme to enable you to enhance your management skills and become a very valuable member of the business. You will ensure that all machinery is operating at maximum efficiency enabling all projects to be completed on time, meeting industry and customer standards.

This is a 'hands on' management role where you will remain on the tools as well as leading new machinery installation projects, maintenance planning and organising technicians & engineers hours.

This is a great opportunity to join an established business who are part of a multisite group. Due to another year of expansion and investment, the company are looking to make multiple hires during the remainder of the year and will be looking to promote within when future roles open up.
