Are you an Electrical Fitter or Wireperson looking to join a well-established manufacturer where you'll receive ongoing training and plenty of overtime opportunities, in a technical and varied role? This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist manufacturer with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke systems to customers across the globe. With continued growth and a healthy order book, they’re looking to strengthen their engineering team.
Working Monday to Friday days, you’ll be responsible for the assembly, wiring, testing and fault-finding of electrical control panels and automated machinery. While the role is predominantly workshop based, you’ll also have the opportunity to travel internationally on occasion to assist with installations and commissioning. This position would suit someone with electrical assembly or panel wiring experience who is looking for a secure long-term role with opportunities to develop their skills and regular overtime to boost your earnings.
The Role:
- Assemble, wire and test electrical control panels and equipment
- Build bespoke automated machinery
- Primarily workshop based with occasional overseas travel
- Monday to Friday, days only (37.5 hours) with flexible start and finish times
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in electrical fitting, panel wiring or electrical assembly
- Confident interpreting electrical drawings and wiring schematics
- Willing to travel internationally when required (UK Passport required)
- Based within a commutable distance of Aldershot
