Our client is looking to recruit a General Operative to join their production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for completing a range of General Operative tasks to a high standard, working across all areas of the factory, maintaining quality and housekeeping standards, following work instructions, and ensuring health and safety procedures are always followed.
You'll also have the opportunity to complete training across your designated area, support production trials and improvements, and share your knowledge with colleagues. You'll play an important role in helping the team meet production plans, maintain quality standards and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.

The Role
- Completing all General Operative tasks and functions to a high standard
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards across all areas
- Ensuring waste is discarded appropriately
- Supporting production trials and continuous improvement activities
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date recording of data and completing necessary administration
- Preparing areas for start-up, including ensuring correct labels and packaging are in place
