Do you have experience working within the food industry as a Quality Technician? Are you looking to join a manufacturing organisation that offers first-class training, development, and long-term career progression? Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit a Quality Technician to join their team at a state-of-the-art facility near Southall.
The successful candidate will support key quality functions including:
- New product development
- Sample preparation
- Production trials
- DAF plant monitoring
- Participation in taste panels as required
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a food manufacturing background who is looking to progress into senior or team leader roles within a growing business. The Role:
- Investigating customer complaints
- Provide training to operational staff as required
- Work a Monday - Saturday pattern on a 2-week rota (with potential for Monday - Friday during quieter periods)
The Candidate:
- Knowledge of HACCP level 2 or 3
- Exposure to high risk/ high care food production processes is advantageous
- Previous experience working in food manufacturing
