Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a Materials & Testing Engineer to join their small, specialist team working out of a state-of-the-art facility near Exeter.
The successful applicant will become a key problem solver within the business, leading technical investigations and performing sophisticated destructive, mechanical, and thermal testing on advanced composite materials.

The Role
- Hands-on laboratory testing using specialised equipment.
- Full project management from cradle to grave, ensuring customer testing programs are delivered on time and within budget.
- Acting as a technical expert for internal teams and external customers while driving technical investigations.
The Candidate
- Degree-qualified a relevant subject with industrial composites/adhesives experience.
- Practical laboratory experience with knowledge of material testing standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, project management capabilities, and a able to work in the office full time.
