The Role
Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient running
Working across all areas of the factory as required
Reporting machine faults and maintenance issues promptly
Complete training on all functions of the machine operative grade
The Candidate
Previous experience as a Machine Operative
Ability to work independently and use own initiative
Strong communication skills
Able to follow instructions and work towards production targets and deadlines
