We're working with a well-established precision manufacturing business supporting high-spec component production across a range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Project Engineer / NPI Engineer to take ownership of key customer projects and drive new product introduction activities across the business.
This is a hands-on, highly customer-facing engineering role, ideal for someone from a precision components background (plastics preferred, but metals, composites, or similar environments also considered). It offers a strong progression route for a Project Engineer looking to step up.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for owning engineering projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery against customer requirements, internal timelines, and quality standards. The role is central to the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing and requires strong coordination across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams.
You will act as the key technical interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, proactive issue resolution, and consistent project delivery.
