Job Description Purchasing Assistant £Part time - 16 hours per week fully in office. Option to go full time in the future. Are you an organised administrator looking to build your career within Procurement and Purchasing? Our client is looking for a Purchasing Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement function, helping maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, orders and documentation. Maintaining accurate supplier and purchasing records *Tracking outstanding orders and following up on deliveries *Supporting Operations and Maintenance with purchasing requirements *Maintaining procurement files and approval records *Assisting with purchasing reports and general administration *Using SAP and internal systems Previous purchasing, procurement or administrative experience *SAP experience would be advantageous *Part time with the ability to pick your hours.
