The company is a market-leading industrial repair and refurbishment company and due to growth and winning some substantial contracts need someone to support the industrial repairs department manager.
The role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the busy repairs department and will involve ensuring that job flows stay on track, assessing and dealing with any bottleneck problems, liaising with customers and ensuring process and quality are being followed by liaising with other department leads.
This is a great role for someone who wants to use both their skills but in more of a hands-off supervisory level role where progression and development is on offer if you prove yourself.
