The Role
*Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient running
*Working across all areas of the factory as required
*Reporting machine faults and maintenance issues promptly
*Complete training on all functions of the machine operative grade
The Candidate
*Previous experience as a Machine Operative
*Ability to work independently and use own initiative
*Strong communication skills
*Able to follow instructions and work towards production xgikmsk targets and deadlines
