You'll work with production and engineering colleagues to solve problems, improve how products are made and help bring in new equipment and processes. The Role:
- Helping solve production problems and find ways to improve quality and efficiency.
- Supporting improvements to manufacturing processes, tools and equipment.
- Working with production and engineering teams on new products and projects.
- Access to training, development, flexible working and an excellent benefits package.
The Candidate:
- An interest in engineering and manufacturing, with 2-3 years relevant experience and a suitable HNC qualification.
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, plastics, automotive or FMCG would be useful.
- A practical approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement would be an advantage.
