About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Agricultural Service Manager to join our growing team based in Sevenoaks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong agricultural background and proven experience managing engineers or service teams. You will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day service operations, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and high standards of work across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate a team of field service engineers
  • Plan and schedule maintenance, servicing, and repair work
  • Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing excellent service
  • Monitor team performance and provide support, training, and development
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an agricultural or similar environment (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and scheduling skills
  • Experience managing or supervising engineers or service teams (ideal)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
