We have an exciting new vacancy for a Spa Therapist to work weekends at The Felbridge Hotel Gatwick. Our modern hotel features 116 stylish rooms, a fully equipped gym, and a relaxing leisure and spa area, complete with a heated indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. Conveniently located on the edge of East Grinstead along the A22, we are easily accessible from the M23 and M25 motorways, making us commutable from nearby towns such as Royal Tunbridge Wells, Crawley, and Horley.

Your duties will include:
- Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and waxing, ensuring a hygienic and relaxing experience for guests.
- Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge to recommend services and treatments to guests.
- Drive retail sales by confidently recommending spa products tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain accurate client records, tracking treatment history and feedback to enhance customer care.
- Keep the spa environment immaculate, ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are always clean, well-organised, and professionally presented.
- Monitor and replenish spa inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
The ideal candidate:
To succeed in this role, it is essential to have prior experience in a spa environment, along with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent professional qualification. To thrive in this role, you'll need strong communication and customer service skills, along with availability to work weekends. This role is limited to Saturdays and Sundays, with the possibility of additional hours depending on business needs.
