We have an exciting new vacancy for a Room Attendant to join our team at Basingstoke Country Hotel. This woodland hotel features 121 rooms in attractive landscaped courtyards and is located just 5 miles outside of Basingstoke town centre. It is easily accessible by bus, with a bus stop located right in front of the hotel, and it's situated just off the M3 for those who prefer to drive.

Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring bedrooms are cleaned ready for our guests in a timely manner
  • Working as part of a team and assisting in various housekeeping tasks as required
  • Reporting any maintenance repairs to the Head Housekeeper
  • Assisting in maintaining order in the linen room
  • Providing the highest standard of customer service

The successful candidate will join a busy team. Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
