Location : Basingstoke, RG27 9JS, United Kingdom Address : Scures Hill We have an exciting new vacancy for bothFull and Part Time Receptionistto join our team at TheBasingstoke CountryHotel.The Basingstoke Country Hotel is a 100 bedroom-hotel that boasts a stylish Brasserie, offering casual dining and food for the whole family. The Hotel has 5 conference rooms catering for between 25 to 240 delegates providing for various events and wedding functions. Auto enrolment pension scheme Your duties will include: Checking guests in and out Promoting food and beverage facilities. Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services. Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats. Answering telephones and helping with guest queries The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
