We have an exciting new vacancy for a Head Gardener to join our team at Bosworth Hall Hotel in Market Bosworth, set in 11 acres of beautiful, landscaped gardens. The Grade II listed mansion which houses the hotel dates back to the 17th century and still retains many of its original features. Bosworth Hall Hotel is a 210 bedroom-hotel and is just a 30-minute drive from local towns and cities such as Tamworth and Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the hotel’s gardens, grounds, and landscaped areas to a high standard
- Plan and manage seasonal planting, pruning, and general garden maintenance
- Work independently and take initiative in managing daily tasks and long-term projects
- Ensure all outdoor areas are safe, clean, and visually appealing for guests
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues when required
- Adhere to all health & safety, fire, and environmental regulations
About You:
- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance (essential)
- Strong knowledge of plants, seasonal care, and garden maintenance techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Basic maintenance skills (e.g. plumbing, electrical, carpentry, decorating) are desirable but not essential
- A proactive and hands-on approach with great attention to detail
