We have an exciting new vacancy for a Maintenance Manager at Elite Venue Selection Felbridge Hotel, Gatwick. Our modern hotel features 116 stylish rooms, and is conveniently located on the edge of East Grinstead along the A22, were easily accessible from the M23 and M25 motorways, making us commutable from nearby towns such as Royal Tunbridge Wells, Crawley, and Horley.

Duties will include:
- Managing the general maintenance both inside and outside of the hotel
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and inspections.
- Working alongside various departments and communicating effectively as required
- Dealing with contractors and visitors to the hotel accordingly.
- Managing the team including their rotas and training
- Ensuring all hotel systems and equipment are working efficiently and safely
The successful candidate will have excellent DIY skills or be a trades person that can tackle various forms of maintenance work. You must also have a keen attention to detail and the ability to take initiative when tackling problems.
