We have an exciting new vacancy for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team at The Royal Court. This stunning Grade II listed Country House hotel, boasting over 200 rooms is one of the largest hotels in Coventry. Nestled on 11 acres of landscaped gardens, The Royal Court Hotel is conveniently located just 3 miles from Coventry City Centre and is easily accessible by public transportation.

Duties will include:

• General maintenance tasks both inside and outside of the buildings such as painting, general carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing
• Using your own initiative with the ability to work alone whilst being considerate of the guests and other staff
• Communicating effectively as required with both staff and guests.
• Deal with contractors and visitors accordingly.
• Ensuring the buildings are well maintained and compliant by completing various tasks as required

The successful candidate will have excellent DIY skills or be a trades person that can tackle various forms of maintenance work.
