We have an exciting new vacancy for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team at The Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club. Housed within a 16th-century English manor, this 126-bedroom hotel features an innovative on-site Golf Course, Health Club & Spa, as well as 2 Restaurants and Bar. The Sprowston Manor Hotel and Country Club boasts excellent location with access to convenient public transport links and just a short drive to Norwich city centre and Norwich airport.

Your duties will include:
- Assisting in the preparation, production, and presentation of meals to the highest standards.
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.
- Assisting with menu preparation for our restaurant and event facilities.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Supporting with food deliveries, stock rotation, and stock control.
- Working efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining high standards.
- Demonstrating creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for quality food.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a kitchen environment and a genuine passion for hospitality and food preparation. You will be organised, reliable, and able to work well under pressure as part of a busy kitchen team. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the role are essential.
