We have an exciting new vacancy for an Operations Manager to join our team at The Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club. Housed within a 16th-century English manor, this 126-bedroom hotel features an innovative on-site Golf Course, Health Club & Spa, as well as 2 Restaurants and Bar. The Sprowston Manor Hotel and Country Club boasts excellent location with access to convenient public transport links and just a short drive to Norwich city centre and Norwich airport.

Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of service enhancing the guests experience.
  • Achieving business objectives and maximising the profitability of the site.
  • Maintaining effective cost controls in all areas.
  • Managing and working alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
  • Working seamlessly with our busy sales team to support sales initiatives to maximise revenue.

The ideal candidate will be an Experienced Hotel Operations Manager with a strong background in overseeing daily hotel operations. They should possess a can-do attitude as well as excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
