We have an exciting new vacancy for a Bar attendant to join our team at The Palace Hotel in Buxton. This 186-bedroom hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Buxton town centre, directly opposite Buxton train station. Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Process payments and operate the till system
- Follow licensing and age-verification procedures
- Maintain knowledge of drink menus, promotions, and specials
- Recommend drinks and upsell where appropriate
- Prepare garnishes and restock bar supplies throughout service
