We have an exciting new vacancy for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at The Meon Valley Hotel & Country Club. This 113-bedroom Hotel is set in 225 wooded acres with plenty of amenities including a swimming pool, a spa and a gym, with good motorway access to commute to nearby cities like Southampton and Portsmouth.

Your duties will include:

• Taking responsibility for all food and beverage service areas.
• Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
• Managing the team with training and development in line with business requirements.
• Ensure all control procedures are implemented effectively.
• Preparing rotas in line with business requirements.
