We have an exciting new vacancy for a Conference and Banqueting Sales Manager to join our team at Bosworth Hall Hotel in Market Bosworth, set in 11 acres of beautiful, landscaped gardens, the Grade II listed mansion which houses the hotel, dates backs from the 17th century and still retains many of its original features. Bosworth Hall Hotel is a 210 bedroom-hotel and is just a 30-minute drive from local towns and cities such as Tamworth and Leicester.

Your duties will include:

  • Showcase a clear understanding of the hotel's business strategies with a heavy focus on corporate meetings and events.
  • Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
  • Represent Hotel in various events and exhibitions.
  • Conduct sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to the hotel by clients.
  • Provide quick and timely responses to enquiries and develop professional long-term business relationships.
  • Support the hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

The successful candidate will be experienced in hotel sales and have supervisory experience. They will approach tasks with a can-do attitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike. This is a busy office and experience in Microsoft office and hotel software such as opera cloud will be advantageous.
