We have an exciting new vacancy for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Grand Blackpool Hotel. Located on Blackpool's famous North Promenade, this central Blackpool hotel boasts 274 bedrooms and is just a short walk from Blackpool centre.

Your duties will include:
Being a hands-on Restaurant Manager, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Recruiting, training, developing and managing restaurant staff, leading by example at all times.
Preparing staff rotas to meet business needs and maintain efficient restaurant operations.
Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistently high standards of food service.
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including stock control, upselling and service standards.
Managing stock levels, controlling costs and ensuring the accurate handling of payments.
Monitoring staff performance and ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar Restaurant Manager role, with strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, confident in managing a team and available to work varied shifts.
