About Us

Our client is a leading US law firm with a preeminent global Projects and Energy practice. The London office is a major hub for our international energy work, and they are seeking a talented and ambitious lawyer to join the growing team.

The Role

  • Advise clients on a wide range of LNG transactions, including project development, financing, and M&A.
  • Work collaboratively with partners and associates on complex cross-border deals.
  • Conduct due diligence, draft and negotiate transaction documents.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest legal and commercial developments in the LNG market.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Who You Are

  • 3-7 years PQE with a strong academic background.
  • Proven experience in LNG transactions.
  • Excellent understanding of the commercial and legal complexities of the LNG sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
