Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of the luxury media world. You’ll shape the editorial voice, oversee content strategy and execution, and ensure everything we publish reflects the lifestyle of our ultra-high-net-worth audience. We’re looking for a storyteller, strategist, and tastemaker – someone who can lead with creativity, commercial understanding, and editorial excellence.

Key responsibilities:
  • Define and execute a clear editorial vision across all platforms that deepens Elite Traveler’s connection to the UHNWI lifestyle and reflects emerging trends in luxury.
  • Lead and mentor the London-based editorial team, plus a global network of contributors.
  • Commission, write, and edit compelling, high-calibre content spanning travel, style, yachts, aviation, culture, and other pillars of modern luxury.
  • Use data and insights from our proprietary insight platform Orbit to shape content strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, product, partnerships, and marketing teams.
  • Support branded content and commercial collaborations with an editorial-first mindset.
  • Represent Elite Traveler at key events and within the luxury community.
  • Champion innovation through new formats and storytelling technologies.
Skills and experience:
  • Mid to senior-level editorial experience in luxury, fashion, travel, or lifestyle media (e.g. Deputy Editor, Features Director).
  • Deep understanding of the UHNWI audience and the luxury landscape.
  • A strong contact book within fashion, luxury, and UHNW networks.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to evolve editorial voice and grow reach across platforms.
  • Commercially minded with a collaborative approach.
  • Sophisticated taste, strong visual sensibility, and sharp editorial judgement.

Based in London, with flexibility to travel internationally.

Company benefits:
  • 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays).
  • Additional days off for your birthday, health and well-being day and volunteering day.
  • Subscription to NS publications and all other online content.
  • Access to a discounted shopping program.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay.
  • Enhanced company sick pay after probation.

Applications that meet the selection criteria will be reviewed as soon as possible. Progressive Media Investments values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
