Elite Touch Group are working closely with their well established client who are seeking a Conveyancer to join their busy and profitable office in Southend.
The successful candidate will have experience of taking on and managing a busy case load with minimal supervision; ideally they would be post-qualification but if you have pre-qualification experience in running a caseload you are still encouraged to apply.
Main Duties to include:
o Communicating with clients, agents, brokers and third parties by telephone, email and letter
o Setting up, maintaining and running a good size case load from start to finish to include exchange, completion, registration and archiving
o Submitting searches, receiving and reviewing mortgage offers, reviewing the title documents and protocol documentation and raising additional enquiries, reporting to clients on all the above
o Dealing with enquiries received and researching where necessary to supply responses, liaising with third parties including management company, councils, lender’s and estate agents
o Dealing with all types of residential matters from sales, purchases and remortages to transfers of equity, private charges, severance of joint tenancies, registration of possessory titles and more
