Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with their well-established client who are seeking a Paralegal to join their busy Private Client team based at their Bromley office. Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and advising on Wills and LPAs.
- Managing probate matters, including obtaining grants of probate and administering estates.
- Advising clients on estate planning to ensure the efficient transfer of wealth and assets.
- Handling complex estate planning cases involving trusts and related legal matters.
- Assisting clients with contested probate cases, providing expert advice and representation where disputes arise.
- Providing compassionate and professional advice to clients during emotionally challenging times.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and contacts, offering tailored advice and solutions.
- Help drive the department forward.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Experience in all aspects of private client work.
- Confident telephone manner handling telephone enquiries from clients and third parties.
