They are a commercial firm with offices in the Liverpool City Centre and in Heswall on the Wirral. With a history of providing legal services for 150 years, they are large enough to be able to offer an exceptionally high-quality of legal advice, whilst being small enough to maintain a personalised and caring approach to all our clients.
About the role
This role is full time and office based. They are looking for someone who can display a professional and welcoming demeanour as they will be the first point of contact for telephone callers and visitors alike. As this is a dual role, it would suit someone with good organisational skills and who is able to prioritise tasks.
Duties
The role involves welcoming and assisting visitors into the office, managing inbound phone calls and appointments and performing office administrative tasks, as well as maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
You will also provide secretarial and administrative Private Client support to a Partner and other fee earners as required. This will include drafting of documents, liaising with other parties and the production of correspondence predominantly via audio transcription and other administrative functions.
