Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with their well-established client who are now seeking a Litigation Admin Assistant to join their busy Litigation department, focusing on property dispute matters. You will assist with case preparation, legal research, and client communication. This role also involves general litigation support and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property litigation or dispute resolution.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
Duties to include
- File opening on Leap incl. anti-money laundering / verification of identity checks
- Opening risk assessment forms on Leap (with instruction from qualified staff)
- Client care letters (with instruction from qualified staff)
- File closure incl. closing risk assessment (with instruction from qualified staff)
- Accounts – client payment receipts, invoices, client-to-office transfers
- Team meeting minutes
- Basic file work, e.g. attendance notes of client meetings, bundling
- Copying/scanning
- Diary management – meetings, court dates etc
