The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Our well established client is seeking an experienced new build residential conveyancer to join an established team to be based in their Fareham/Lee-On-the-Solent office. The successful candidate will be an experienced Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive/CILEX Lawyer or Licenced Conveyancer with expertise in Residential Conveyancing, specifically with New Build plot purchasing experience.
With excellent client care and communication skills, you should be able to build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries and become involved in marketing and business development opportunities. Good experience of handling a large caseload via a case management system would be a distinct advantage.
You should be able to work with the minimum of supervision, whilst enjoying working within a team culture which is highly focused yet friendly and supportive.
This is a full-time role 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
