As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving Elite's next stage of growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with the largest and most sophisticated law firms across EMEA. You will lead highâvalue, consultative sales engagementsâpartnering with Câsuite executives and firm leadership to transform financial and operational performance through Elite's marketâleading SaaS solutions. This is a highâimpact, quotaâcarrying role requiring exceptional commercial acumen, strategic relationship management, and deep understanding of complex enterprise sales in the legal or professional services sector.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute enterpriseâlevel sales cycles, achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets for new customer acquisition and expansion.
- Identify and prioritize highâpotential accounts through research, networking, and dataâdriven targeting across the U.S. and Canada.
- Build trusted relationships with law firm leaders, including managing partners, CFOs, CIOs, and COOs, articulating the strategic and financial value of Elite's technology.
- Translate client challenges into tailored, highâimpact solutions through ROI modeling, business case development, and valueâbased presentations.
- Partner with internal teamsâincluding marketing, preâsales, customer success, and productâto craft compelling proposals and goâtoâmarket strategies.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Elite's solutions (3E, eBillingHub), competitor offerings, and evolving industry trends to position Elite as the partner of choice.
- Manage accurate pipeline and forecasting within Salesforce.com, ensuring visibility and accountability to business goals.
- Represent Elite at industry conferences, client forums, and virtual events, contributing to brand presence and pipeline development.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Law, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 6â8 years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in SaaS ERP, financial, or practice management solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding multiâmillionâdollar quotas in complex, consultative, B2B environments.
- Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple executive stakeholders.
- Prior experience selling into law firms or large professional services organizations strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to build and defend ROI models.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and modern sales enablement tools.
- Strategic, resultsâdriven, and commercially minded.
- "Hunter" mentality with executive presence and a consultative approach.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adept at influencing crossâfunctional stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a highâgrowth, fastâpaced SaaS environment.
- Ability to travel up 50% as business needs require.
