The Advisory Services Director is a senior individual contributor role responsible for enterprise level advisory outcomes for Elite’s most complex and strategic global customers. This role serves as a trusted advisor to customer executives, aligning Elite’s advisory services and technologies to firm objectives, operational priorities, and long-term transformation goals. Operating with broad autonomy, this role shapes advisory engagements, influences cross-functional decision-making, and drives measurable business value for customers.

What You’ll Do
- Provide executive-level advisory consulting to law firms and senior leadership, guiding adoption and optimization of Elite’s advisory services and supporting technologies.
- Serve as the senior advisory owner for assigned global customers, acting as the primary strategic interface and trusted advisor.
- Lead and govern enterprise and operational assessments, enabling customers to achieve business outcomes through effective use of Elite solutions.
- Define and own short- and long-term advisory roadmaps based on customer business requirements, ensuring alignment with product direction and service capabilities.
- Act as a senior decision-making authority for change, release, and deployment activities impacting advisory services in production.
- Own service-level management for assigned advisory services, ensuring performance expectations are met and proactively communicated to stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Sales to shape advisory opportunities, support executive-level pursuits, and articulate differentiated value propositions.
- Collaborate with Product Management to influence feature readiness, prioritization, and release decisions affecting advisory services.
- Lead executive briefings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions to accelerate customer alignment and decision-making.
- Mentor and guide internal teams on enterprise advisory approaches and value-based customer engagement best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in business management, accounting, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience in consulting, including hands-on solution consulting, product configuration, and implementation.
- Experience working with legal practice management software strongly preferred. ERP functional consulting experience considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and process design skills, including problem-solving, quantitative reasoning, and workflow modeling.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across teams and functions without direct people management responsibility.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex customer engagements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a hands-on, outcome-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel up 25–50% as business needs require.
- Role requires the following physical capacity: Sedentary: primarily desk/computer work.
