About Us: Elite Teaching Solutions is an education supply agency supporting many schools across West Yorkshire. We are currently seeking experienced and passionate SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team and drive forward our commitment to inclusivity and support for students with special educational needs and disabilities.

  • MUST HAVE DBS AND GREAT ATTITUDE
  • 5 DAYS A WEEK

The Role:

As the SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with SEND requirements, ensuring that their individual needs are met through tailored support, effective teaching strategies, and collaborative working with staff and parents. You could be placed in a number of schools which Elite Teaching Solutions work alongside.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEND to access learning and develop independence
  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and adapt materials as needed
  • Monitor and record pupil progress and behaviour
  • Promote inclusion and positive social interaction
  • Provide personal care and ensure pupil safety
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
