We are thrilled to announce that due to our continued organic growth, we require a dynamic and motivated Trainee Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our highly successful team. In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for placing high-earning Solicitors and Legal Professionals with some of the UKβs top law firms.
Successful candidates will be given the autonomy to run their own desk and will be supported every step of the way with a full training schedule, as well as the necessary resources and tools to achieve success. We are passionate about promoting our consultants and will mentor and support you to reach your full potential, with opportunities to become a top biller or even take on a team lead role.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven, and have excellent communication skills coupled with a proven track record of hard work and success. Our company is a leading professional legal services recruitment firm based in Wilmslow.
