Location: Ribble Valley - Preston, Blackburn, Burnley, Accrington, Blackpool

£25,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary (Depending on Experience) & Uncapped Commission Structure

Candidates must have some recruitment experience (any sector) to be considered for this role.

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with Hospitality Recruitment Sector experience or an experienced, proven recruitment consultant open to working in the Hospitality Recruitment Sector?

We are currently working with an independent recruitment business, who are undergoing a sustained period of growth in their Hospitality & Service Sector Divisions. With a state-of-the-art rural office, access to a custom cutting-edge CRM system, plus LinkedIn Recruiter and all relevant job boards, the business offers the right candidate all the tools and support to be successful.

Reporting lines

The Recruitment Consultant will report directly to the Recruitment Manager. The successful candidate will be working in a challenging role in a dynamic, fun work environment.

Location and Travel

The Recruitment Consultant will be based in the Ribble Valley Office, although the role has no new client business development, you may be required to attend team meetings, customer sites and client meetings off site.
