A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, with specific expertise in Geoscience, Subsurface or Oil & Gas on an international scale, to join our team in Manchester City Centre. As a leading recruitment agency in the Oil, Gas & Energy industries, we pride ourselves on our exceptional standards and dedication to providing a high-quality service to all of our clients.
The successful candidate will be based in our office in Manchester City Centre for training & up skilling. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas recruitment, ideally with a track record of success in Geoscience, Subsurface or associated Oil & Gas specialisms.
In return, we offer an excellent basic salary, competitive commission OTE scheme, plus incentives for adding experts to our workforce. We also offer a clear career path, with opportunities for equity in the company. We believe in working together as a team, so working fulltime in the office is required, however, we understand that life happens, and we are flexible on work-from-home days should you need them.
You will have access to the latest technology to support you in your role, including a LinkedIn Recruiter License, an external CRM system, and a new, internal CRM system currently under development.
