Elite Global Talent Rec2Rec have an exclusive opportunity with a Global Recruitment business experiencing significant growth within its Chemicals Contract Recruitment Team. We are keen to speak with a passionate and experienced Managing Recruitment Consultant with a Chemicals Contract Recruitment background to lead the team in our Manchester office.
The Chemicals Contract Recruitment Team expertise spans the full value chain of Bulk Chemicals (Petrochemicals / Hydrocarbons), Speciality (Fine Chemicals), and encompasses the entire Circular Economy of the sector, including chemical and mechanical recycling. Leveraging extensive experience in process development and project implementation, as well as our in-depth knowledge of regulations such as COMAH & ATEX, my client is well‑equipped and will offer you everything you need to be successful.
The Role
As the ideal Managing Recruitment Consultant / Team Lead candidate, you will be responsible for leading the Contract Chemicals Recruitment Team. You have a solid track record of billings and are consultative by nature with a keen eye for detail and process. You enjoy working collaboratively with all operational departments and have experience in Business Development, generating new leads, and deploying creative sourcing methods. You take ownership of your workload and outputs while demonstrating your ability to build credible relationships with both clients and candidates.
The Person
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must hold 4+ years' experience in a Contract Chemicals recruitment role within Contract or Temp Recruitment environment. You will be personable with strong communication and influencing skills and possess proven consistent billings year on year. Additionally, you will have a strong business development skill set with commercial acumen, possess leadership attributes, and have experience managing a team of at least one individual.
