Role Overview
We’re looking for a GTM Sales Engineer to join us on-site and partner closely with Account Executives on high-value, complex deals. This is a strategic role that blends deep technical acumen with strong business instincts. You’ll drive enterprise evaluations, architect compelling solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing. This is not a traditional SE role. You’ll be at the frontlines of the AI revolution in GTM, helping shape not just deals, but the playbook for how we sell, scale, and win.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with AEs to strategize and close large, complex deals across Fortune 500 and high-growth customers.
- Design and execute pilots and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate real business value and drive urgency to close.
- Deeply understand GTM pain points across Rev Ops, Sales, and Marketing teams: map these to the platform capabilities.
- Translate product capabilities into tailored, high-impact solutions that resonate with executive stakeholders.
- Create reusable content and enablement: demo flows, solution briefs, competitive positioning, and best practices for the broader field.
- Influence product roadmap by capturing insights from the field and surfacing them to product and engineering.
- Serve as a trusted expert on AI-powered GTM workflows and digital worker architectures.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in a Solutions / Sales / GTM Engineering role supporting enterprise SaaS sales.
- Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles (RevOps, Sales, and/or Marketing buyers a strong plus).
- Comfortable running technical deep-dives, pilots, and demos that are tailored, crisp, and outcome-driven.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts or experience working with AI-native products.
- Exceptional communication skills: you can shift gears from C-level business impact to API integrations in a heartbeat.
- Bias toward action, creativity, and ownership. You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero.
- Willingness to work on-site, collaborating daily with GTM, product, and engineering teams.
Why Join The Team?
- Be on the ground floor of a company redefining how GTM teams operate.
- Work with a team of elite operators, technologists, and creatives.
- Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and benefits.
- The chance to build, shape, and lead...not just execute.
