Coordinate with Operations, Technical, and Customer Service to translate demand into a forecast-driven order book.

Ensure disciplined sales execution, forecast accuracy, and long-term customer retention.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and hit annual sales targets (revenue, volume, margin).
  • Plan and manage territory and key accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Identify and convert new timber frame/housebuilding opportunities.
  • Manage full sales cycle: engagement, quotation, negotiation, orders, handover.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and order book for production planning.
  • Align customer requirements with technical capability and capacity.
  • Represent the value proposition professionally in all interactions.
  • Gather market, customer, and competitor insights to inform pricing and offers.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data for planning and service performance.
