Role Overview:
Deliver pre-set lessons and supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Use your sports background to engage pupils and promote positive behaviour
Support learning across a range of subjects
Manage the classroom environment and maintain a safe, productive atmosphere
Requirements:
Experience working with young people aged 1116 (e.g., coaching, mentoring, youth work, etc.)
Confident communication and classroom management skills
Flexibility and reliability
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
