Role Overview:
- Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
- Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
- Support students' learning and development
- Provide cover for absent teachers and assist with general school duties
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people aged 11-16 (e.g. coaching, mentoring, classroom support, tutoring)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Reliable, adaptable and professional approach
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
