We are looking for individuals who are patient, understanding and committed to helping every child reach their full potential - whether you have classroom experience or a background in care, support work or youth work.
Role Overview:
- Support pupils with a range of special educational needs including Autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs
- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Assist with personal care where required
- Help create an inclusive, safe and supportive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support learning and wellbeing
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with additional needs (school or care setting)
- A caring and patient nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
