We’re supporting a growing Employee Benefits business that is entering an exciting new phase of expansion.
As part of this growth, they are seeking a technically confident, client‑focused individual to help strengthen their Workplace Pensions offering while contributing to a broad and evolving benefits proposition.
This a full time, permanent role with a salary between £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
About the Role You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering high‑quality advice, technical reviews and ongoing scheme support.
A key part of the role will involve producing and presenting annual Workplace Pension Governance Reviews, ensuring clients receive clear, compliant and commercially valuable insight.
Alongside Workplace Pensions, you will also support clients across Healthcare and Group Risk, contributing to market reviews, scheme design, implementation, communications and ongoing management.
