In terms of their staff, they require experienced and knowledgeable insurance professionals who enjoy having the opportunity to express themselves and develop. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated New Business Insurance Advisor to join their fantastic team. The successful person will be someone who can identify, pursue, and win new clients while delivering an exceptional level of service across all areas of their insurance needs.
This role involves advising clients, arranging suitable insurance solutions, and securing the right cover at competitive premiums. The successful applicant will be accountable for meeting agreed sales and growth targets, ensuring a balance between excellent customer outcomes and commercial objectives. You will work closely with both clients and insurers to develop, grow, and retain a portfolio of care-sector business.
